That will get you the FULL install for 10.13.6 -there is absolutely no need to go through 10.13.0 first. The link that chrfr provided is a good one, just scroll down to section 4 on that page, and download that from the App Store. That will get you 10.13.6, as it will be the full install. You do not need a 10.13.0 installer at all. Follow the directions in the link I posted above.
